Privacy Policy
Last updated: 14 September 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how R.G INFRA ("RG Infra", "we", "us" or "our"), a partnership firm, GSTIN 20ABFFR2754J1ZA, of 505, 5th Floor, H Square, Lalpur Chowk, Lalpur, Ranchi, Jharkhand — 834001, India, a real-estate developer in Ranchi, Jharkhand, India, collects, uses, shares and protects personal information.
It applies to our website at rginfrahomes.in, to our office and project sites, and to the messages we exchange with you on WhatsApp, SMS, email or telephone.
1. Information we collect
- Enquiry details — your name, mobile number, WhatsApp number, email address, and what you told us you are looking for.
- Site-visit bookings — the date and time you asked for, who is coming with you, and our notes from the visit.
- Booking and agreement details — the unit you have chosen, the amounts paid, the payment schedule, and the agreement and allotment records.
- Identity and financial documents — where they are required to complete a booking, a home-loan application or registration of the property, including the proofs of identity and address prescribed by law, PAN, and bank or payment references.
- Communication records — enquiries you send us and the messages exchanged with us on WhatsApp, SMS, email or telephone.
We ask only for what a given step actually needs. You do not have to give us identity documents to ask a question about a price.
2. How we use your information
- To answer your enquiry and send you plans, prices and payment schedules.
- To arrange and confirm site visits.
- To process a booking, prepare the agreement, and track payment milestones.
- To send construction and progress updates on the home you have booked.
- To complete registration, handover and possession formalities.
- To send offers and news about other projects only where you have agreed to receive them.
- To meet our obligations under tax, real-estate, company and other applicable laws.
3. WhatsApp communications
We use the WhatsApp Business Platform to talk to customers. Please note:
- We message you only where you have given us your number for that purpose — by making an enquiry, booking a site visit, booking a home, or opting in on this website or at our office.
- Messages fall into two categories: service messages about a visit, a booking or a home you have bought, and promotional messages about new projects and offers.
- You can stop promotional messages at any time by replying STOP to any WhatsApp message from us, or by telling us on a call. We action the request promptly.
- Opting out of promotional messages does not stop essential communications about a booking you have made — a payment due date, a construction update or a possession notice.
- Messages carried over WhatsApp are also processed by WhatsApp Ireland Limited and Meta Platforms, Inc. under their own terms and privacy policy.
4. Who we share information with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only as set out below:
- Banks and housing finance companies — only where you ask us to help arrange a home loan, and only what that application requires.
- Registration and revenue authorities — the sub-registrar and other government offices, for stamp duty, registration and mutation of the property.
- The real-estate regulatory authority — where a project is registered under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, the information that Act and its rules require us to file.
- Professional advisers — our architect, engineers, lawyers and accountants, where their work requires it.
- Technology service providers who run our messaging, customer records and website on our instructions, under confidentiality obligations, and only for the purposes described here.
5. Retention
We keep personal information for as long as it is needed for the purposes above, and for any longer period required by tax, company or real-estate law. Booking, agreement and registration records are kept for the statutory period after the transaction is complete. Enquiry records from people who did not go on to buy are kept only for as long as the enquiry is live, and then deleted or anonymised.
6. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. Access to customer records is limited to the people who need it for their work. Identity documents are held only for as long as the formality they were collected for requires.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to:
- confirm what personal information we hold about you and give you a summary of it;
- correct information that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date;
- erase information that is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for;
- withdraw a consent you gave us, including consent to receive promotional messages;
- nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in section 9.
8. Cookies
This website does not set advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and does not load third-party trackers. Any cookies used are strictly necessary for the website to work. The enquiry form on this site does not store what you type — it composes a WhatsApp message on your own device and hands it to WhatsApp.
