A builder in Ranchi, building in Ranchi. Small enough that you will deal with the people who are actually putting the building up.
Homes, not listings
We are a developer, not a brokerage. We build residential projects and sell the homes in them ourselves, so the answer to a question about the building comes from the people building it.
Ranchi, Jharkhand
We build in the city we work in. That means you can visit the site, walk the floor you are being offered, and meet us in person before you decide anything.

We would rather send you the drawings and the real price for the unit you are actually interested in than publish a number here that turns out not to apply to you. More projects are being planned, and they will be added to this site as they are ready to be talked about.

Enquire on WhatsApp
Send us a message and tell us what you are looking for. You get the plan, the price and the payment schedule in writing — you do not have to come to an office to find out what something costs.

Site visit
Come and see the site and the work in progress. Visits are by appointment so somebody who can answer your questions is there when you arrive.

Choose your home
Pick the floor and the unit. We tell you what is genuinely still available on the day, and what it faces, rather than what is left on a brochure.

Booking and agreement
The booking amount, the agreement and the payment milestones are all set out in writing. We take you through the document before you sign it, and you are welcome to have your own lawyer read it.

Construction updates on WhatsApp
Photographs and progress from site as the building goes up, sent to you in the same thread — so you do not have to call and ask how far along it is.

Handover
Final documents, registration formalities, the handover checklist and the keys. We stay reachable on the same number afterwards.
